Tiffany DiOrio was born into a large Italian Catholic family in 1986 in Philadelphia, PA.  As a child she loved engaging in sports and creating or building with whatever material she could find.  Tiffany ’s passion for art blossomed while attending the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in Philadelphia.  After earning her BFA in Painting and Art Education at Temple University's Tyler School of Art, Tiffany broadened her understanding of economic and societal issues by teaching at an urban high school for two years. 

In 2014 Tiffany graduated from the School of Visual Arts with her MFA, inspiring her art practice even more.  She employs traditional painting, along with domestic materials and glitter, to create artworks and installations inspired by her cultural history and life in NYC.  Tiffany is currently teaching at Renaissance School of the Arts in Harlem.
